Time flows, and time changes. Today is November 11, 2022, the 20th birthday of the founding of Langling Group, and it is a day worth celebrating for us Langling people.
On behalf of Langling Group, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude on this special holiday: to the prosperous China we are in, to the prosperous era we are in, and to the vast world that has provided us with opportunities to fulfill our aspirations; Thank you to our wise party and government for bringing spring and rain to the development of private enterprises; Thank you to our customers and partners for consistently choosing and supporting Langling's business; Thank you to our employees and their families. Regardless of any challenges and pressures, we have always been steadfast in working together with the company to move forward and achieve today's position in the field of intelligent devices.
Twenty years ago today, in the booming Dongguan, in the small town of Liaobu, where there are not yet many high-rise buildings, Langling carries the dreams of myself and the first group of Langling people, setting sail. Looking back on this twenty year journey, my mood is extremely excited; Tasting the hardships and gains along the way, I firmly believe that making Langling my lifelong goal twenty years ago was the most correct choice in my life.
Over the past twenty years, during the more than 7000 days and nights of growing up with Langling, I have gained a rich life journey, as well as more and more Langling family members, excellent partners, and like-minded friends. All of these have made my life so full and strengthened my will day by day. Thank you all for making my life so meaningful and allowing my personal dreams to gradually grow into dreams for more people!

Twenty years ago, in Dongguan, a pioneer of reform and opening up, a hundred industries were waiting to prosper. When the first Langling manufacturing machine was quietly born, my goal was only to produce one machine every month. Fortunately, this goal was quickly surpassed and constantly updated. Not only in terms of production capacity, but also in terms of quality, we have crossed new levels one after another, completing magnificent upgrades and transformations one after another. From small capacity single machines to intelligent systems, from feeling the stones and crossing the river to clear direction, from a drop in the ocean to an important member of the industry, we have always been down-to-earth and steadily moving forward. We take doing well in machines and equipment as our initial intention and mission, adhere to independent research and development, processing, and equipment, and achieve high-precision manufacturing models to achieve high matching products, helping customers continuously improve and reduce costs and increase efficiency in the production process, We have won the trust and recognition of our customers, as well as gained more development experience and partners. Not long ago, some after-sales colleagues accidentally discovered that our previous single machine was still in operation and sent me photos to see. I am moved and grateful, just like the feeling you had when you saw those machines. Our first generation and Nth generation products coexist on this hot land under our feet, completing their respective tasks and missions in different spaces and positions. This is the value and charm of Langling.
We have always pursued innovative development, but our philosophy of "quality first and quality first" has never changed; We have never stopped developing new products, but every machine and equipment labeled with Langling is our treasure. Here, once again, we would like to express our gratitude to every customer and partner who has always retained our treasures. Thank you for your choice and companionship, which has allowed us to come to this day without hesitation and given us the confidence and strength to move towards the future!
Twenty years is not a long or short time for a person's life, and can achieve many personal dreams. But for Langling Group, it has only completed the start of a journey of ten thousand miles. Today, we are proud that Langling has a relatively mature management system for research and development, design, production, sales, and construction, and has obtained the most comprehensive qualifications in the industry, as well as multiple honors such as Dongguan Double Increase Enterprise and High tech Enterprise. However, facing the future, we still have a long way to go. Enterprise development is like sailing against the current, either advancing or retreating. After 20 years of sedimentation and accumulation, Langling has established a certain foundation for survival and development, with a certain scale and competitiveness. However, we still need to work hard and move forward bravely.

At present, with the rapid rise of the Chinese economy and the increasing desire of the people for a better life, Langling is born in a prosperous era and deserves to make a difference! Each of us in Langling must strive to expand market space and survival environment with continuously increasing performance; Continuously adjusting internal governance and organizational structures to ensure controllable risks and increased profitability; Continuously cultivate corporate brand and customer reputation, so that we can have an everlasting and long-lasting foundation; Continuously cultivate the competitiveness and core competitiveness of the enterprise, and achieve the beautiful vision of "customers are more satisfied, employees are happier, and the group is stronger"!
