The intelligent batching and grinding scheme provided by Langling includes three parts: dust-free feeding, automatic batching, and premixed grinding. Disperse and circulate grinding materials; When dispersing materials, the D50 particle size of the material can reach below 30um through the dual dispersion structure of a high shear homogenization pump and a mixing tank dispersion machine. After the material enters the cyclic grinding process, the Langling rod pin nano sand mill can be used for high flow continuous and cyclic grinding, with an efficiency increase of 30-50%. The discharge particle size can reach 200-400nm, taking into account both quality and efficiency.

4. The pipeline is easy to clean and the slurry is not blocked; The pipeline for transporting slurry to the pre mixed tank has been arranged reasonably.
