When using:

1. Prepare well before machine testing.

2. Check if all components are securely installed.

3. The rotation direction of each machine should be in the direction indicated by the arrow (it should be tested by jogging).

4. Check if the cooling water is unobstructed.

5. Triangle belt adjustment is suitable for restarting. After working for 50 hours, adjust it again.

6. Add grinding medium from the top of the cylinder.

7. Start the feed pump first, input the materials and wait for them to be discharged from the top screen before starting the main machine.

8. After stopping for a long time, when starting again, the disperser is often "stuck" due to the settlement of solid particles and grinding media in the material, especially when viscous materials are at low temperatures, the "braking" phenomenon is particularly severe. At this point, when the inching motor cannot be started, it should be assisted by manually turning the main shaft pulley to input a small amount of solvent that has the ability to dissolve the material and loosen it before starting. In short, it is not allowed to start forcefully to avoid damaging the electrical appliances and machine body.

9. If the downtime is long, it is necessary to clean the dried materials on the screen.

10. When cleaning the disperser, it can only rotate slightly and intermittently, as the disperser and grinding medium are easily worn and broken during rapid operation in the cleaning solution.

11. When using new grinding media, sieving should be carried out to remove impurities, fragments, and other foreign objects.
