It is specialized in small particle size media and can use 0.2mm zirconium beads to ensure ultra-fine grinding and improve grinding efficiency. At the same time, the installation structure of the discharge net installed in the center of the rotor narrows the distribution of discharge particle size due to the centrifugal effect of the high-speed rotor, reduces the impact of beads on the grid net, and extends its service life. Solved the defects of traditional dynamic and static ring discharge structures that cannot use micro ball grinding, slow discharge speed, and easy jamming of grinding media.

Adopting internal thread guided cylinder cooling method and double cooling with top cover, the heat dissipation efficiency is 2-3 times that of traditional sand mills, ensuring effective heat dissipation inside the grinding body.
6、 Mechanical seal
Container type double end mechanical seal, capable of withstanding pressure of 8-10kg.
