Product characteristics:

Suitable for materials with medium to low viscosity, ultra-fine and nanoscale refinement requirements

Configuration parameters:

Rotor material: High wear-resistant ceramic zirconia material

Cylinder material: High wear-resistant ceramic silicon carbide material/zirconia material

Sealing method: containerized double end mechanical seal, dedicated to sand mills, designed specifically for materials with fine particles.

The overall component is easy to use and can be replaced without the need for professional personnel

Grid specification: Large area tubular grid with optional gaps of 0.05/0.1/0.3/0.5mm

Instrument: Electric contact pressure gauge and electric contact temperature (with temperature protection and automatic shutdown).

Feed pump: pneumatic diaphragm pump, screw pump or gear pump

Grinding medium: pure zirconia beads with a zirconium content of ≥ 95%, and the diameter of the grinding medium used is 0.1mm-1.0mm

Electric control system: optional explosion-proof/non explosion-proof configuration, with on-site operation panel (touch screen/variable frequency stepless speed regulation optional)
