1. The triangular belt should be of equal length and placed in the transmission box with appropriate tightness. Tighten the sliding plate bolts and cover the upper cover.

If the equipment is left unused for a long time, it is necessary to cut off the power supply, clean all parts thoroughly, inject oil into all lubrication parts, and apply oil to the main shaft and oil cylinder for rust prevention.

3. The hydraulic oil used in the oil tank should be replaced every six months and the oil tank should be cleaned. The filter should be cleaned once a day and within two to three days after the oil change

4. The gears, bearings, balls, shafts, bushings, and oil cylinders of the rotating parts of the high-speed disperser should be lubricated once a week. If overheating or abnormal noise is found during use, it should be checked in a timely manner.

If the shutdown is caused by the action of the thermal relay due to loading, the "reset" button of the thermal relay needs to be lifted before continuing the operation.

6. The AC contactor is inspected every six months and the equipment is serviced once a year after use.

7. Regularly inspect the vulnerable parts of the high-speed disperser, such as bearings, oil seals, etc. If any wear is found, replace them immediately.

8. It is necessary to check the high-speed disperser pot once a day and carefully keep a record of touching the pot.
