Simple cleaning
When cleaning the grinding chamber of the sand mill, the equipment rotating too fast can cause wear or breakage of the beads. When selecting a cleaning solution, it is necessary to consider its compatibility with the material, so that it will not cause pollution to the material after cleaning. The cleaning solution is transported by the material pump to the grinding chamber and then discharged from the discharge port of the grinding chamber.
Clean as follows:
A. Pour cleaning solution into the container and press the start button on the sand mill panel.
B. Set the rotational speed of the sander through the potentiometer on the panel, and the rotational speed is set at 500r/min.
C. When the cleaning solution coming out of the discharge port is clear, reduce the speed of the pump.
D. Press the stop button to complete the cleaning.
E. After cleaning is completed, the time to grind the next batch of materials is relatively short, so it is recommended not to drain the water temporarily and maintain a certain amount of cleaning fluid (so that there is still cleaning fluid in the grinding chamber of the sand mill). To prevent the material from drying and solidifying, it may stick to the mechanical seal, causing damage to the mechanical seal. Before starting the processing of the next batch of materials, all cleaning fluid should be discharged.
