Due to the widespread use of sand mills, maintenance of sand mills has become a regular task. Some high-quality sand mills have a long service life, but if not well maintained during maintenance work, it will have a direct impact on the service life and operating efficiency of sand mills. Have you paid attention to these issues in the maintenance of your sanding machine?
In order to avoid abnormalities during the operation of the sander and ensure the normal operation of the machine, in addition to routine maintenance, the grinding should be stopped regularly and important parts such as the hollow shaft, main bearing, cylinder, reducer and big and small gears should be carefully inspected. Then develop relevant repair plans. Below, Rute will introduce to you the aspects of daily inspection.
All lubricating oil in the sand mill can only be discharged after running for one month. The machine and lubricating oil must be thoroughly cleaned and replaced with a new oil. You can also change the oil once every 6 months as needed in the future. The lubrication condition and oil level height of each lubrication point should also be checked regularly, at least every 2 hours.
During the operation of the sander, the temperature of the lubricating oil of the main bearing shall not be higher than 58 ℃. The temperature rise of the transmission bearing and reducer should not exceed 58 ℃, let alone 70 ℃. The transmission of the large and small gears should be very smooth and not produce abnormal noise. Also, adjust the gap in a timely manner.
The sand mill operates very smoothly without strong vibrations. The current of the motor will not experience abnormal fluctuations. The fasteners outside each connection must not be loose, and there should be no oil, water, or ink leakage outside the joint surface. When steel balls are prone to wear, they should be added in a timely manner. If any abnormalities are found, immediately stop grinding for inspection and repair.
When the wear rate of the lining plate of the sand mill is 80% or there is a 90mm long crack, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When the main bearing is severely worn, it should also be replaced immediately. When the grate plate of the grid type sand mill is worn, if it cannot be welded again, it should be replaced immediately. If the gear surface of the large gear suffers certain wear and tear, there is no need to replace it urgently. You can continue to use it by flipping it over. All parts that are worn and unusable must be updated before they can continue to be used.
The above are the aspects that need to be paid attention to when inspecting and repairing the sand mill.
