Advantages of Q-series vertical sand grinder:
1. Because the discharge port is at the top of the grinding bucket, zirconium balls are not easily concentrated around the separator, reducing the phenomenon of ball running and reducing the wear of the separator.
2. Feeding from the bottom must pass through all the grinding areas from bottom to top, so grinding is more thorough than horizontal machines.
3. When parking, all zirconium balls will settle under the separation wheel and will not stay inside the separation wheel to avoid running the ball the next time the machine is started.
4. Adopting a centrifugal sieve free bead material separation device, smaller zirconium balls can be used, resulting in smaller fineness and more uniform distribution.
5. The bead separation wheel and rotor of a single shaft and single motor have a coaxial shaft speed, which is relatively simple and not as expensive. The disadvantage is that the speed of the main shaft cannot be too low, otherwise there is a risk of ball running. A minimum of 0.1mm zirconium ball can be used.
6. The separation wheel has no clearance, so it will not block and is maintenance free.
7. Grinding zirconium balls can be used continuously without the need for sieving beads, and zirconium balls can be directly supplemented after a period of time.
The K series vertical sand grinder not only has the advantages of the Q series, but also because its separation wheel and rotor are independent spindles and motors, which do not affect each other. The rotor can open at a lower speed, while the separation wheel can open at a higher speed, so 0.05 zirconium balls can be used. Also, its structure is more complex, with more motors, mechanical seals, and lifting systems, making it naturally more expensive.
Application: Mainly used for some high-end materials, such as MLCC and alumina, with viscosity not exceeding 3000CPS, temperature can be controlled below 50 degrees, production capacity is about 100-300KG/h, and flow rate is not particularly high.
