2. Due to the effect of gravity, the grinding zirconium balls are not easily concentrated around the ball material separator located at the top, thereby reducing the wear of the ball material separator and reducing the risk of ball leakage.
3. Due to the effect of gravity, all zirconium balls are concentrated at the bottom of the grinding bucket during parking. The position of the ball material separator does not grind zirconium balls, thereby reducing the risk of ball running during the starting and stopping stages.
4. From the ball separator to the discharge port, there is a vertical passage with a certain height, which can also greatly reduce the risk of ball leakage.
5. The structure of the ball material separator is a centrifugal mesh free structure, without blockage and maintenance free.
6. The ball material separator, rotor, rod pin, grinding barrel, and mechanical seal baffle can all be made of zirconia, silicon carbide, wear-resistant steel, and other wear-resistant materials to adapt to different materials.
7. Due to the fact that the ball material separator and grinding rotor are independent and have their own power systems, the grinding rotor can operate in a slower and faster speed range to adapt to different materials, while the ball material separator operates at a higher speed to ensure that the ball does not run away.
8. 0.05mm-0.1mm zirconium balls can be used.
9. The three sets of machine seals each have their own cooling tanks to prevent mutual influence.
10. All the wire pipes, gas pipes, and water pipes in the lifting section are arranged in the drag chain, which bends smoothly during operation, avoiding the accumulation of wire pipes on the ground, and there is no need to worry about the wire pipes getting entangled with other objects during the lifting process.
