2. Pollution-free conditions
According to the dispersion mechanism of the sand mill, when the microspheres are in the impact and friction solid particles, the wear and tear strength of the grinding chamber and stirring device in the mold cavity is also high, making the materials of the mold cavity and stirring element have wear resistance; Otherwise, the raw materials will be polluted due to wear, which will shorten the service life of the equipment. It is important that the pollution source reunite the dispersed raw materials again, without the requirements of nanometer fineness and normal distribution.
3. Using high flow grinding dispersion process
By using a bead liquid separation device, it is important to recognize that beads cannot obstruct the separator, and the liquid paddles flowing through the separator should be allowed to pass through the separator, so that smaller raw material particles cannot absorb too much impact energy in the crushing chamber, agglomerate, and reduce the temperature of the grinding dispersion chamber.
4. Using small sized microspheres
The smaller the number of microspheres used in a sand mill with the same particle size, the more microspheres enter the sand mill, the larger the geometric multiple of the contact point, and the higher the grinding dispersion efficiency; On the contrary, the lower the grinding efficiency, usually 0.2-0.6mm microspheres are used for sub micron scale grinding dispersion, and 0.05-0.1 microspheres are used for nano scale grinding dispersion. To supplement the energy shortage caused by the low mass of the microspheres, increasing the rotational speed can be used. So the speed of nano sand mills is usually several times that of traditional sand mills.
