1、 Preparation before startup
1. Carefully check if all components of the disperser are functioning properly.
2. Carefully check whether the spindle and dispersion disc are clean to prevent color mixing.
3. Clean up the surrounding environment and remove all materials that hinder operation.
2、 Power on
1. Turn on the power switch, activate the up button, raise the spindle above the bucket scheduling, carefully push the bucket under the dispersion tray, press the down button, adjust the spindle to the center of the dispersion tray, the dispersion tray should not be less than 15cm from the bottom of the bucket, pad the bucket wheel well, and clamp the static clamp.
2. Start the spindle motor and adjust the speed control spindle to 400-800 rpm to start dispersing.
3. When lifting the spindle up and down for dispersion, be careful not to lift the dispersion tray to the surface of the dispersion to prevent material splashing and waste.
4. After dispersing colored paint and slurry, press the dispersing stop button to stop the machine and adjust the speed control to the "0" position.
3、 Precautions:
1. During the operation of the high-speed dispersal machine, the operator is not allowed to leave their position and operate without anyone. The operator must find someone to take care of anything to prevent various accidents from happening.
2. It is strictly prohibited to idle the spindle (running without material) to prevent equipment accidents caused by spindle bending. Slow start and slow stop should be maintained.
3. During the dispersed mixing process, it is strictly prohibited for all items (such as brushes, shovels, material bags, rags, etc.) to fall into the cylinder or foreign objects to be removed immediately. It is not allowed to drive to remove foreign objects to avoid personal accidents.
4. During the dispersion operation, be careful not to lift the mixing spindle to the bottom of the cylinder, nor to allow the dispersion machine to approach the liquid level, causing material splashing or damaging the equipment.
5. During the decentralized operation process, often touch the motor casing with your hand to observe the motor's heating and abnormal sound.
6. When the high-speed disperser stops operation, the spindle must be lowered to the low position to prevent collision and damage to the equipment, and ensure safety.
