The maintenance of the coating liquid filling machine should pay attention to the following items:
1. Check the position of the molds at each workstation of the equipment, adjust if there is any deviation, and check if the safety door can be opened and closed normally.
2. Check the air source pressure, adjust if there are any changes, check if the mold fixing bolts are tightened, and check if the sensor probe can be used normally.
3. Start and test run the device to check its operating status. Open the main unit box, clean the oil and other debris inside the box, and check the fastening condition of each fastening component one by one. If any looseness is found, tighten it immediately.
