3. If there is a phenomenon of "roof falling", it is necessary to immediately stop cleaning the screen, then put it into the slurry receiving basin, adjust the speed of the slurry pump, and then restart it. Otherwise, the paint slurry will invade the spindle bearings, causing bearing wear and damage to the slurry pump.
4. When using new zirconia beads, it is necessary to remove impurities from the zirconia beads and clean the high columns in the sand mill to avoid blockage of the sand mill due to impurities doped in the new zirconia beads.
5. If the vehicle is parked for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the scattered disk is stuck by the media before starting the machine. If the coupling cannot rotate, inject solvent with a pump, dissolve it, and then restart. Be sure not to start with force to avoid damaging the friction plate.
6. Do not start the cylinder without paint or grinding medium.
