3. Otherwise, the paint slurry may invade the main shaft bearing and cause bearing wear, or damage the slurry pump.
4. It is strictly prohibited to start when there is no paint or grinding medium inside the cylinder.
5. When washing the cylinder body with solvent, the separator can only be moved slightly and intermittently to avoid component wear.
6. When using new sand, impurities and foreign objects should be removed through sieving. The sand used in the sand mill should be washed, sieved, and supplemented with new sand on schedule.
7. Frequently check the wear environment of zirconia beads in the sand grinding cylinder, and if the wear is severe, replace them with zirconia beads that meet the specifications from scratch.
8. The investigation window should be kept intact to prevent dangerous and chaotic sand collapse during sand grinding operations.
